"The best thing about this hotel is the food which really is 5 stars for an inclusive. The staff are a little money hungry and react negatively when asking for a glass with ice. They are also a little intense about the swimming pool rules!! We were asked to wear caps for an outside pool! Wifi sucks and room facilities to make our own drinks and air con broken. "This apartment in Ostuni is absolutely the best place we could have chosen. We were in the studio at the top of the building with amazing views. The bar downstairs is perfect for a nightcap - comfy beanbags and a lovely atmosphere just a step away from the front door. WiFi was faultless. "The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The photos don’t do the property justice. The staff was absolutely amazing. My daughter and I stayed here in May 2024. We arrived in the early evening after driving all day. We didn’t want to have a real dinner so after talking to a manager, Salvatore, he arranged to have the chef prepare us “something” to enjoy on one of their terraces to enjoy the sunset! It couldn’t have been more perfect! Everyone was wonderful, the servers, the front desk employees, their drivers. We decided upon arrival that we didn’t want to move our car from the parking lot to visit Lecce the following day so the hotel arranged a driver for us. It was perfect! The room was beautiful, large and had a steam shower with a waterfall! We highly recommend this hotel!! "
