For shared use: garden with lawn, 2 swimming pools round (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis. In the house: reception, restaurant, lift. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 500 m, railway station 750 m, sandy beach 50 m. Marina 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark Torremolinos, Benalmadena 2 km, Malaga 18 km, Fuengirola 18 km, Marbella 47 km, Granada 150 km. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
