"Es ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, das leider in die Jahre gekommen ist und wenig gemacht wurde. Es macht schon einen schlechten Eindruck wenn die frĂŒhere Beleuchtung im Garten herum liegt. So manches ist ein bisschen defekt. Im KĂŒhlschrank ist es die Lampe. Die TĂŒren lassen sich schwer öffnen. Die Duschbrause ist zu kurz oder falsch installiert. In der erstem Woche war ein extremer FĂ€kaliengeruch im Bad, bis die Grube gezogen wurde. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter ĂŒber die App ist...

"Pros: We were 2 families visiting the Villa Kristi during summer 2019 and had an absolutely lovely stay. The house was exactly as per the pictures and with a high quality. Although the bedroom in the entrance was without AC we managed with using all the other 4 bedrooms with AC. The pool was great and kids (& adults) loved it👍. Overall a great holiday home for family holidays."

"We had the chance of staying at the house for a week at the end of June. The house is beautifully located in the hills above Platja d‘Aro with a 5 minute car ride into Platja d‘Aro. The size of the house is perfect if you want to have a big size family vacation! We were 11 people and the house has room for 2-3 more people. Large dining room, great pool, enough bathrooms and (the kids loved it!) a „playroom“ with pool billiard, darts, ping pong and more. We can highly recommend the house!"

Der Garten ist sehr großzĂŒgig angelegt und die BlĂŒten sind sehenswert. Ebenso ist die riesige Palme neben dem Pool sehr beeindruckend. Innen sind die BĂ€der und die Elektroausstattung gut gelungen und funktionieren reibungslos. Die Matratzen waren gut und nicht durchgelegen. Der Pool war unser High-Light!...
