Cosy small double room was also modern and comfy, and a good size. Complimentary Elemis toiletries in bathroom too. We ate at the restaurant onsite which was very enjoyable."

"The restaurant was excellent although the service was slow as there was no Maitre d' at the door to welcome and we had to wait quite a few minutes to be seated. However, the waiter cleared a table for us efficiently upon request. The setting was perfect for our outdoor weekend: rapidly flowing river outside our window and lovely views into the valley. The room was comfortable and spacious fitting myself, my husband and grown son adequately."
