"When we got to the property we were shocked to discover that the owner had closed his business down and that we had to find other accommodation last minute, didn’t receive an email telling us our stay was cancelled ultimately we didn’t receive a refund for our stay either even though we had booked months in advance and paid upfront on the date we booked. He has taken off with our money and won’t answer my phone calls."

"The property was well-situated to the CBD & places we wanted to visit. Close to essential shopping locations. It was secure, and it was great having onsite parking at the bottom of the building also. We'd heard some concerning feedback re the area the property was in prior to travelling, but didn't experience any problems and the suburb is undergoing some positive developments.
