"The only glitch is that everey time we phone the Concierge or the Front Desk from our room no one would pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs but overall good hotel. Not close to the main building but it does have an incredible view. Personnel is helpful."

"Despite construction works set up nearby, my stay at Point A Canary Wharf was quiet, clean, convenient and safe! The accommodation was just right for me staying four nights as a solo traveller with easy connections along the nearby station with access to Elisabeth and Jubilee lines. You will come across cobblestones on way from the station to Point A but it was only a minor inconvenience when travelling with 20kg luggage and outside control of Point A. Service at Point A was also friendly and professional. Plenty of dining options nearby at Canary Wharf too."

"We stayed in this hotel for only one day. There are two undergraduate stations within a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is located close to Times river, the Tower of London, the Tower Bridge, and Sky Garden. Our hotel room is a bit small but very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. We purchased the breakfast and the food was very good. My wife left her ipad in the hotel room and we found it after we landed in Singapore a day after. We used apple "find" app to locate and lock the ipad from Singapore. We then sent the hotel an email on this. The hotel staff responded to us and informed us that their staff did allocate the ipad. We are looking forward to getting it when we return to London tomorrow. Overall we are very happy of our choice of this hotel and highly recommend it. "
