"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse! The whole experience was top notch and even with a slight mix up, they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. It was a surprise stay for my wife's birthday. I reserved dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, Rose Tavern. The service and food was amazing! The front desk service was tremendous. I run a small business and I know what it takes to serve customers at a high standard. The Lakehouse on Canandaigua Lake will be an expierience and stay to remember! "A very busy night - staff was non stop busy for sure. Tipped everyone I could. The hotel worked well for us for quick one night stay on a roadtrip with kids. Kids enjoyed the pool in the early morning - the night before was too busy. Morning breakfast had run out of most tasty items by 8am - so get there early. Only bad thing to report - my car was dinged in the parking lot by someone who didn't know how to park...I would skip this hotel on our next trip just for this reason."
