On my check in, the receptionist was super friendly. I was so tired from 4hrs driving as he was so kind and sincere to me. The room was clean and comfortable.

I love the Hotel Utica! From the wonderful, exceptional staff to the beautiful lobby, to the wonderful views of the city from the windows. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. This is one the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.

For a basic motel, this was as good as you can get.

Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!

Clean, tons of parking, and really friendly people! One note is that the shower is a bit small which was fine for me but if you are a taller or bigger person you could have some trouble.
