"The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful town. Parking was free and on-site. There was coffee/tea/fruit water in the lobby. Shower had good water pressure and temp. There was also a heat light in the bathroom, and the room heating was good. There were some rust stains in shower. Highly recommend this hotel! P"

" Very nice hotel writhing easy walking distance of downtown. Pluses: 24 hr coffee/Tea station in lobby. Great breakfast. Smart TV you can use with your streaming services Negatives: Extra $25 to park - come on man! No longer has advertised hot tub "

"In March, it's out of season and it has basic service, without shampoo and body wash in the shower."

"Elsie the breakfast person was absolutely top notch. The front desk person was ok. They never cleaned the room in 4 days. The Tub was not cleaned when I showed up. No WiFi. Old, run-down and generally unkempt inside and out. Never again, too many better options around Lake George."
