"This was a warm and inviting space. CC even offered me breakfast. I was a single woman in for a class reunion and had be somewhere on Sat and Sunday mornings. It was lovely coming back to relax and read. The space is small perfect for a couple with a young person. The patio over looks the river. The house is on a cul-de-sac perfect for strolling around the neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. Well lit path at night to the back, private entrance. Small fridge but holds a lot. Microwave, kurgurg...

"Location was convenient to the 125th St subway station, which made getting around very easy. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby so you'll have no problem finding someplace to eat, or something to cook at home if you prefer. The brownstone itself is lovely and well-maintained on a block full of similarly charming homes. We had a great time and would stay here again."

"This was a place I would rent again if the price remains similar or a little lower. For NYC hard to beat what we got. The unit was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The host was great at communication and responsive. Loved the gate code, door code, and secure entry to add to safety. I was nervous seeing how many rodent traps were near the outside of building but o couldn’t see any concerns within. I understand it’s NYC but hope this remains a focus for the owner to ensure unit remains pest...
