Apartments in Town of Parma

"The property shows its age but the room was and the staff was polite and friendly."

"Amazing communication and support! Beautiful property and great security!"

"It is obvious that the pictures in the listing were many years old. This unit was dirty and run down. The shower/tub had mold. The towel holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell to the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. I had to use the clean towels to fill in the gapping holes in window because the air conditioner was held in place with failing duct tape. It got down to 39 degrees one of the nights I slept there....

"Never again."

"Pet friendly. Property is older and outdated with a lot of things needing fixing (shower, door, electrical outlets and TV was falling out of the wall) but, the price reflects. Overall, the price I paid for what we got was decent. The room was clean and stocked with easy access ."

"Staff were helpful and the bed was clean and comfortable"

"Good location"

"Terrific apartment, with updated and complete amenities, clean, tidy, fun decor, great communication with the host. "

"Very close to restaurants and art house movie theater. Parking was secure. Apartment was very comfortable and roomy."

"We had a great stay"

"Apartment was bright and spacious with everything a traveler would need. I especially appreciated the laundry supplies so I didn't have to purchase anything for just one load. Bed and furniture was comfortable and the place was nice and quiet. It was great to have an elevator. Apartment was clean except that the closet with the washing machine was pretty cluttered and dusty. Would stay here again."

"The property was very nice, and communication with host was super easy!"

"Stayed with Kio before and will again everything was described! Very clean and ample amount of street parking."

"A fly swatter will be great. There were a lot of flies and we kept doors closed, except for going in and out. All of the rooms were clean and bed so comfy but watch your toes. Middle post on beds, caught our toes/feet a couple times."

"Great stay, great people. Would definitely return if traveling to the area!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is Beautiful! I wish I could have stayed longer. The laundry inside the luxury loft was an added bonus. The staff offered great assistance. It was convenient to nearby shops. I would recommend this property to everyone. I’d love to stay again!"

"Reliable Wi-Fi combined with straightforward amenities made this spot well-suited for short visits or business stays near Rochester Airport."

"So beautiful here and relaxing"

"Property was perfect for our needs. Central location to play a few local golf courses! Our host gave us some recommendations for local restaurants and they were all awesome!"
