Find Hotels with Waterslides in Townsend, TN

A good hotel.

The manager was awesome!! Many of us were displaced/evacuated from our rental cabins due to Forrest fires and she worked over time taking in people. She was very helpful and looked like she takes care of her staff; she was helping them out and making sure they were okay since this was an unexpected, stressful event for all.

Beautiful resort-style property. Excellent service. Room was very clean and well-appointed. The breakfast and evening reception were great. We had lunch by the pool that was also fantastic. This will be our new go-to for Gatlinburg.

Pool was great, our grandkids loved it! Rooms were nice and clean.

Great value, will return in the future.

Front desk was friendly and efficient. Breakfast area clean well stopped very friendly staff. Room in great shape. Very pleasant experience all the way around.

Loved the fact that it was so close to attractions and restaurants and shopping!!!!!

The room we got has an excellent Mountain View, overall it was a pleasant experience staying at the hotel.

Had a great new years weekend staying here. Took the riverwalk to the Island for New Years Eve! Had a blast! Definitely will come back!

Excellent time, will be booking again. Only complaint was the pillows on the bed!

Tiny home has everything you need. Love everything about this place. Location is perfect. Highly recommended.

Great family friendly place! Cleanliness of the rooms could have been a wee better. Looked like some kid jumped off the bed and smeared snot down the wall but cleaning crew probably just didnt notice. Great room, facility, staff, and amenities. Would stay again

It was an excellent stay. The patio and slide was great!

When's the last time you were given the cell and home phone numbers of the hotel's general manager so you could contact him/her if there was a problem? Well, not only did reception give us the GM's contact info., we got the assistant GM's info as well! That's how serious the Holiday Inn Club of Gatlinburg is about making sure your stay is just perfect. We never had to use the numbers because everything was great. The attention to detail in our unit was amazing. The layout was terrific. bed...

191 / 5,000 We were very comfortable the two days we spent there. I highly recommend the Wild Bear Inn. Everything is very clean and the prices are affordable. Of course, I would stay there again. My wife loved it. Thank you.

Loved it Will be back

Great place to stay

Amazing place for Families

beautiful place, comfortable. Cleaning crew need to do better. There was no shampoo or coditioner and you could tell counters were not wiped down
