"Fantastic park best holiday park we have been on in a long time. The owners couldnâ€™t do enough to help, anyway they could . The lodges were so spacious and very well presented and comfortable. We really enjoyed the added benefits of the hot tub which was so nice to be able to relax watching the stars . "Great location with just the 4 lodges next to a small manmade lake. Trees all around and blackberries to pick. Just 15 mins away from York so ideal base. Shower is amazing!"

"The location was great, we had an absolutely brilliant time. The bedrooms were cleaned and looked after well. The location are ideal for people wanting a relaxing holiday away from hustle and bustle or just to spend time on fishing, just few driving minutes to York. "

"The property was clean, however it was very dated, old shower, rusted shower, door handles throughout made lots of noise as did floor, so if anyone had to get up during the night all of the others sleep would be disruptive, hot tub had no heat options, and a lodge with hot tub that wants to charge extra £10 for bath robe, ...... really disappointing start to stay, pity no washing machine so all dirty clothes had to be kept in cases, had to use a knife to open freezer door as the handle on...

"Very nice and very comfortable (shower â€¦..perfect) chalet in beautiful countryside. Lovely to have the cows (safely) visit in the adjacent field.Not a traditional site with lots a facilities but It was a refreshing change to stay somewhere that wasnâ€™t commercially set up.We were visiting the area as attending a wedding locally but if visiting the area again would definitely stay at Home Farm again"

"Accommodation was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub had been well looked after and was lovely to use. The views of the pond with its wildlife was an added bonus.We were a party of 5 consisting of 4 adults and a 12 year old. No children are allowed in the bar or surrounding area which made the area quiet and peaceful. If you are a family with young children who like to run around this park then this is not the place for you. If you enjoy peace and quiet with a very relaxed...
