"😔 No bell hops to assist with luggage at entrance. No smiles at check in. No appreciation of guest; we were invisible. So-so breakfast. Basement dungeon gym. Very clean tiny room. Dark hotel without any personality, charm or grace. Located in a large complex, over a subway entrance, several restaurants in neighboring malls, interesting Panasonic Museum and quite fun Miyazaki-designed large copper clock with active parts. Next time, different hotel."

"The hotel was great! Conveniently located across of tsukiji outer market. Also about 15 minutes from team labs and about an hour away from puroland. Location was pretty central to where we needed to go. The hotel itself was clean and there was a small game room with darts, ping pong and a foosball table. During some down time we went there. I’d definitely stay there again!"
