Alot of nice amenities but nearly all of them were broken or not kempt in some way (jets in hottub were broken, no towels in pool area, outlets didnt work, phone wasnt plugged in, trash behind out end table from previous person, smart tv but you can only use the cable, tub was clogged) "

"I reserved a non smoking room. Instead I got a room full of smoke. All of my clothes smelled like smoke. My clothes in my suitcase smelled like smoke. The bedding smelled like smoke. I walked on the floor with my white socks and when I took them off. They were black from not cleaning the floors. They were doing construction and had dust and debris in front and next to my door. Not a good place to stay."
