"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special....

"Good location, not too busy, clean, very friendly owners and staff. Sea is 3 minute walk away. A local archaeological museum is only 30 minute walk away on top of the mountain(great views). It was more peaceful/relaxed option than staying in Palermo. If you travel by public transport, it might be inconvenient at times. There is not bus to Palermo and trains can only stop locally every 60-90 minutes. "

"I stayed one night in Palermo, and since it’s almost impossible to find a hotel with parking in the city center, this hotel was a great find. It offers free parking, which is a huge advantage. The rooms are large and comfortable, the price is very affordable, and the reception staff is warm and friendly. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Great location. Walking distance to all the major sites and markets. Very attentive and service friendly staff. Breakfast was good ... try the hot chocolate. Room was spacious (we had an apartment). Valet parking was appreciated ... otherwise we would not have found a parking spot. Stayed 5 days and loved it."

Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo. All of the staff were so helpful and kind - can't say enough. The room was very nice. "A slightly quirky hotel, but top notch all the same. Breakfast is served in your room on a "hostess trolley", and arrived spot on the time I asked for it. Hotel is on fifth floor but has a lift, however just be aware some rooms are up another floor, via a narrow staircase. I was expecting a small pokey room, but instead it was a tardis with huge space, spotlessly clean (and serviced each day, no questions asked), clean comfy bed, excellent en suite shower/toilet room, good shutters on windows...
