"I was greeted upon entry and check-in was smooth. The included continental breakfast was as expected. The whole facility and our rooms were clean. I didn’t notice anything in disrepair. I got my money’s worth and then some!"

"The Biddle is a spacious, clean hotel that is finished and furnished with a touch of class. It is one of our favorite hotels anywhere. We love the proximity to IU auditorium. There are numerous food options in the adjoining student union (they actually make GOOD pizza, comparable to Manhattan). Also, several restaurants are within walking distance. The campus can be a bit busy at times but The Biddle is an oasis of calm. "

"The entire stay was great. Our first room’s shower didn’t work, but Eddie was so apologetic and moved us quickly across the hall. The second room could’ve been cleaned a bit better (floors didn’t looked mopped & something was spilled from previous people & the cooktop was dirty). I did report at checkout that this shower/tub took a few extra minutes to drain water. Otherwise the recliner was very nice to have as my husband was very congestive and it worked as his bed both nights. The bed is on the hard side (I didn’t mind) and the pillows on the soft side (not a big deal to me). Refrigerator, ice maker, dish soap & dishcloth, and laundry basket were wonderful touches to have!! I hate having to figure out where to put dirty clothes. Day time staff was super nice. Definitely will be our go to play to stay when in the Indy area. Thank you for having a clean, convenient to shopping & dining, and pleasant staff at your facility!! "
