"This hotel is located in a small mall with lots of shops and restaurants around. The beach is right across the street and beach lounger are provided. The hotel staff can be dismissive at times and as a female I was not given the same level of respect as my husband by the front desk staff. The pools looks nothing like the pictures. The pools are cold and dirty. A couple of hard chairs to sit on but not impressed at all. There were local kids throwing rocks and dirt into the pools,...
