"We really enjoyed our May long weekend getaway here. It didn't matter that the weather was cold and rainy because we cozied up in front of the woodstove, or sat around the spacious table playing board games. There was enough room that we didn't feel crowded being cooped up together, and the cabin had all the amenities we could have wanted. When it dried up a bit, we enjoyed the short walk to the lake and the many outdoor spaces for relaxing around the cabin."

"Chris was a host that was above the bar on every front. As experienced vacation rental tenants our family is accustomed to a range of good and bad service. Chris was so accommodating to our needs, is a clear and patient communicator and always had answers to our questions. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, and as foreigners we felt very welcomed in this country by how Chris conducted himself in this transaction. I would highly recommend considering one of his properties if you are looking for a balance of great service and experience with comfort and amenities! "

"This place is VERY dirty, hair, cobwebs on the walls, bugs in the webs, towels smelled terrible, I’m pretty sure this place hasn’t been cleaned for 5 years, Do NoT STAY HERE!!!! Lights in the bed room didn’t work flickered on and off, TV didn’t work, I stayed here with friends and our sons and went fishing thank god our wives weren’t here because we would of been coming back home she wouldn’t of made it past the entry little room…"

"Beautiful place with wooden fireplace. Nice and clean rooms with spacious kitchen. Ee enjoyed every moment. Underneath couches were some dirts gathered and we had to clean before we set up everything. Bbq in perfect place and varanda was an awesome plus point. Wil come again."

"It was a great location for myself and 3 friends. The direct access to Balsam Harbour was great. We didn’t need to load and unload snowmobiles every day. Only limitation is parking. We parked pickups and trailers on the lake and used the driveway to park snowmobiles. It was a great experience!"
