The service and communication were excellent, the owner was warm and welcoming, breakfast was delicious and homemade, space was very clean, warm, cozy, and we even bought some eggs from the ownerās laying hens! Easy drive to hiking, maple sugar houses, and to sites in Portland. Would definitely go again.

This property was newly renovated and was in great condition. The staff took us in early and was very nice. We had the pool as well as a short walk to the lake. Very happy with our overall experience.

Great facility. For an inn with only 44 rooms, they had all the comforts of a much larger hotel. food was fantastic and REASONABLE. Service was great in all aspects, from grounds people to server, bartender and front desk girls. About 31 miles from Weirs Beach, but just a two minute walk to downtown. We will definatley return to this location. Also, a twice daily ferry ride leaves from the premises for only $12!!!

First time staying in this hotel, it was great. Staff was very friendly and our room was really cool. Had no idea we were getting a room with a separate bedroom, made it feel very homey. Bathroom was great, fancy fixtures and all! The free breakfast was nice too, although tough to find seating, not the hotel's fault there happened to be a wedding there the weekend we booked. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Here visiting my son and daughter-in-law. Hotel looks new, no issues whatsoever; had a lovely stay. Convenient location, easy to find, and a restaurant just across the street.

We got a beautiful newly redone room! It was so comfortable and clean! The kids loved it. The whole property is just great! They did an outdoor movie night for kids and handed out popcorn! It was a blast!

Room was very comfortable and plenty of space, front door personnel was very friendly and helpful in recommending places to go in the area. Would highly recommend.

My wife was in a local training all day on the day we were checking out, and the woman at the front desk was very accommodating to allow me an extending check-out time.

Loved our stay here. We came up to for a Halloween weekend in New England and were pleasantly surprised with a greatly decorated hotel. It added so much fun to the stay, the room was also very clean and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was a great perk! Would definitely recommend this hotel as the staff/rooms were accommodating and it is easily accessible to points in New England!

It was very nice, very clean big rooms and huge jacuzzi tub in large bathroom. Better than average continental breakfast and homemade cookies in the lobby every evening for guest staying at the Inn. Located right in the area of shops and restaurants. Near by scenic walks along the beach. If not the beach, sidewalks all around the town of Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. I highly recommend Kings Port Inn!
