Two good sized car parks so no worries on that front. The building is a proper pub which is lovely when so many or closing down or being modernised. Overall if anyone is looking for a traditional friendly B&B in a pub I would totally recommend The Farmers Arms"

"We agreed with some of the other reviews, that it a bit quirky in parts. Bits are a bit old fashioned, but everything is very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Only real negative was that things that would be easy and cheap to fix were not done, things like squeaking doors and replacing blackened silicone sealant around the bath. "We chose this hotel based on its proximity to Tintagel and Port Isaac. In the end, we decided not to go to Tintagel but we would go to Port Isaac. The bus to Port Isaac stops a short 2-3 min walk from the hotel and after trying to get to Port Isaac in the past and encountering fords (water) and very narrow country lanes, the bus was certainly a great option. I stayed in Bothywick with my grandma and on the day I had to go to a wedding my grandma was looked after by Pat and Tony, they really went above and beyond for her!
