"Loved find! We stayed one night in the cottage, which has a great living/dining area with double bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The pub is characterful, contrasted by the dining area which is quite a large, open modern addition. The breakfast was very good. We arrived at 4 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon, very hungry and I was a little disappointed to find that the only food left available for us would be fish and chips, as everything else had run out (restaurant closes at 5 on Sunday), but the fish was fantastic. Nice and quiet. The bedroom did have quite damp smell, but was quiet and comfortable. Would stay again. "

"Wonderful base for exploring Cornwall. Very clean and beautiful cottage. Would highly recommend. Spacious garden which is fully enclose if you have a dog that likes to wander. BBQ and outdoor seating included. The gorgeous Port Isaac just a few minutes up the road is well worth a visit. "

We had a lovely room overlooking the sea, with views extending along the coast and over to the ruins of Camelot Castle.
the staff are excellent, and as we were leaving, we got the chance to meet Ted, the wonderful artist who lives and paints at the Castle.

"The property is located on a working farm, in some ways reminiscent of Italian agriturismo. The listing is accurate and the property is excellently presented. A car is essential and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only very minor drawback which is in no way the fault of the owners is the road leading over towards the property is very narrow and passing oncoming vehicles can sometimes be a bit tricky. All in all I thoroughly recommend a stay."
