We had a spacious and comfortable suite that was modern but still kept the traditional coastal Italian design. The crowning was wither amazing terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. "Usually hotels near train stations are awful, but UNA was top notch. Many new facilities one does not see in USA were routinely integrated into the room. I had flown in from Germany with only 2hours of sleep the prior night so I appreciated that I could relaxin the living room where I could plug into the internet, and then the staff got me into my room sooner than is customary. "Friendly and very helpful staff especially from the porter man, cleaning ladies, pool man, breakfast staff and bar staff, we are very grateful and delighted with their hospitality they made us feel very welcome and at home. Incredible location we loved the private access to the beach from the tunnel, we were lucky and had an amazing view of the garden and ocean, they provide fresh towels twice a day, great bathroom amenities, pool, bar with amazing cocktails and bar staff, the breakfast buffet is incredible,.great selection of food and service, it was very good value for money and the people are so lovely. We noticed a lot of tourists from the streets popped their heads in to look and they were impressed with the view, I think the beautiful and luscious gardens with lots of flowers draw them in a d the hotel a d staff are very well presented. We were just fortunate to be staying there. I highly recommend staying here. I highly recommend staying here."

"As an old monastery, this hotel could not have been more unique and beautiful. We also got a couples package at their spa which was amazing. An absolutely gorgeous place to honeymoon. We already want to go back! "
