Also, be aware the garden isn't really dog-proof since the front gate is just a standard 5-bar wooden gate...

"Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from."
