Very clean and tidy apartment that was easy to access for 9 of us. Stayed for two nights and enough towels and toilet rolls.... just.... to keep going. "Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. "

"This place is a mess, no one should book, its attached to three major night clubs, play loud music all night, guys are bringing girls to hotel, in the middle of night loud bang on doors by drunk people with girls. no family should book this place..I left and requested for refund whivh they refused. "This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. It saud there was 24/7 check in fedk when you actually had to walk another fifteen minutes with your bags to get the keys. The rate quoted was also deceptive since double that amount was taken in fees and taxes. I missed that so thats on me but the...

"Could not check in until 4pm. The beds in the apartment were bought in lKEA and not assembled properly as a result the slats didnt hold the mattress ended ip in the floor. No wifi or router in the apartment. The television cables were ripped off. We had to go ask for towels and TP. The apartment was clean. Seems like they manage several properties so the pictures on line was not out accommodations. I tried calling the desk never answer. "
