"Faded and fraying. Having paid the premium rate for a week in August we were at least expecting clean well appointed accommodation. All the comments I will make have been mentioned in previous reviews and I am not sure that the owner will take any action to remedy the faults. The directions to the accommodation were adequate but could be a little better. On arrival there was a musty smell of damp, I appreciate that the building is old but it has been renovated and surely something could be done....

"Unfortunately we had to leave our accommodation two days earlier than planned. The property felt damp, although clean it smelt damp, the bedding did not feel clean nor did it smell fresh. I note from the previous comments that this is not the first time this has been mentioned, so it is a shame that nothing seems to have been done about it.
