"Love the 24-hour stay concept. The associates were very friendly and helpful, especially Nhi at the front desk, who was always there to assist with my travel needs. Nguyen consistently made the perfect omelette at breakfast. The room is compact and clean, although the bathroom grout could use some light maintenance. Self-service laundry facilities are available on the property. For light sleepers, please note that rooms facing the road can be rather noisy at times."

"We stayed in a room with the balcony which was spacious with a bright decor and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond, Dao, Alee and Sophia to mention a few. It was a joy to watch all of the staff looking so happy going about their job everyday with enthusiasm and a smile on their face. Breakfast was amazing, my wife is Asian and I am Western and we both looked forward every morning to the breakfast every morning. Rooftop lounge and pool topped off a very enjoyable week with great bar staff who remembered your order the next day. The hotel’s location is close and walkable to shopping centres, restaurants and Opera House. We will definitely be back."
