"No sleep! There was several families there that let their kids run free throughout the entire hotel. Literally running through the lobby and up and down the halls. While this wasn’t the hotels fault but it made for a very miserable stay. I do appreciate the hotel moved us to a floor that didn’t have this group / unfortunately that was a 11pm / they really should have started by putting us there when they knew this massive group was there "

"very eventful night, the fire alarm went off at 1230 in the morning. We had to go downstairs for over a half hour till it was turned off. My phone didn't work to call the front desk to see what the siren was for. Then at around 830 an alarm went off again. Turned off in 10 minutes. Very alarming, not conducive to a good night's sleep. The bed was not very comfortable either."

"Great place to stay the night if you are going shopping at the Woodbury Outlet! Super clean and modern!"

"Bad odor in the room, the door card was locked hours before the check out time, poor cleaning, stinky pillows , no fan in the bathroom, not a good experience "

"For the price, it’s ok… but just ok… There were many things that needed to be fixed throughout the property. Pancake maker broken… vending including ice not working on our floor … breakfast had spoons on dirty surfaces… there should have been a place to put it not in the dish but out designated for the spoon. Bath tub had damage that was unslightly. Drawer under tv kept opening for no reason and wouldn’t stay shut. Could hear the room next to us all night long. Staff met in hallways had quite the response to common interaction."
