"Around 10min walk to train station and mang won market Great for sole traveller or couple as rooms are not big enough for family There is a place for working out(gym) and cooking facility(microwaves, induction cookers and pots and pans), also laundry on the downstairs with reasonable price(4,000 for washing, 3,000 for dry) Bathroom is tiny and they only give you small size of towels for bath/shower I recommended and I will stay again"

"Loved our stay here. The buffet breakfast was expansive and delicious. It was never crowded and gave us energy to walk all day. Location great, next to Myeongdong subway and in the middle of shopping, restaurants. Only negative is that the bed was kind of hard."

The room is better suited for 1 person - not enough outlets or outlet on only 1 side, no drawers to put away clothes. This is more of a businsss hotel for a shorter stay. I didn’t use the restaurant because there was no charm for having a drink. I used the business center to get some work done on an open large table. Internet worked great. The gym suited my needs of some weight...

"Very convenient and near the main shopping and food areas. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. We managed to get the renovated room and it was nice but the soundproofing is not good. We were already on the 12/F but we could hear car noises and night works outside. We also heard our neighbor snoring or walking outside our room. Another thing is, the sensor light by the entrance would switch on by by itself multiple times after midnight, especially at 3 am. This happened every night during our stay...

"Very clean and well-kept guesthouse. All communication is done through messaging apps. The single room is perfect for the private individual traveller. The walls are a bit thin though so I can hear the next room's occupants and people walking around. Generally, everyone is respectful of the curfews and the common areas are clean and tidy. Great bathrooms but you need to bring your own hand towel or borrow one. The kitchen is well equipped and the free food is a bonus! I enjoyed my stay, and will come again the next time I visit Hongdae!"
