"Lovingly renovated, quietly located house, wonderfully suitable for a couple with a dog. Shops and restaurants are very accessible by car, and the train connection to Venice is also very good. The landlord is very friendly and goes to great lengths to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We felt very comfortable and would love to return when we plan another vacation in Italy"

"Marco was excellent and the property location outstanding. We were traveling from Venice and the timing of our arrival was very fluid. We arrived a couple of hours early, contacted Marco and he was at the property in minutes. He provided access, recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and they were spot-on. "We stayed here for two nights, and it was a great location to explore Venice from, quiet and safe neighborhood without too many tourists passing by but close enough to all of the major sites. The photos show stairs, but you are not allowed upstairs, it is just a walkway. The only problem we had was that the Wi-Fi did not work in the detached casita bedroom. But we feel like it was a great place to stay, and we’re very happy with the check-in and checkout process as well."
