"We stayed in mid October for a marching band tournament in Whitewater. It was a perfect location to return to in between shows, and after the show. The property was very clean and Mike was easy to communicate with. There is plenty of seating in the main room for lots of people. We grilled out one night on the gas grill and it was nice to take walks in the safe, quiet neighborhood."

"My wife and I rented the space for the long weekemd of our wedding. We had a wonderful stay and had little to complain about. The kitchen and living room was very useful as a homebase for wedding planning, the rooms where cozy, and with no other apartment in any direction the privacy is wonderful. When we had friends and family stop by they had nothing but praise for the look and feel of the space. I can only think of two minor complaints from our stay. The greenhouse and sunroom, (that overlooks the river) seemed to have healing powers!
