"This is a brand new rental and it was lovely. We could tell that a lot of effort and hard work was put into thinking about what the renters would appreciate.The bottle of wine paired with delicious snacks was very welcomed at the end of a long day. Although we didn't use the hot tub, I'm certain it would have been just great! Communication was above par at all times during this rental process.Checkout was seamless as we weren't required to do anything when we left. I would highly recommend this...

"My only complaint would be the kitchen. I know we don't go on vacation to cook but this kitchen was woefully inadequate. If you rent this unit, be prepared the kitchen is not supplied enough for cooking even breakfast (i.e. one terrible frying pan). Overall the property is fine for a few nights. Very clean and exactly as described. "

"Property ok but needs updating. Lots of spider webs and dust. Maybe it had been empty for a while. All mattresses need replacing. Very uncomfortable. Living room furniture deteriorating. We got there and didn’t have entry info, couldn’t get in touch with anyone, and the sister(?) from next door ended up coming over to help us. Upon entry the floor was tore up and there was roach poop in all of the appliances and cabinets. We found one bed with rat poop and pee under the blanket. It says private but it’s not. I reached out to ask about a refund as we didn’t stay and have heard nothing back. Over 1500 bucks we will...

"We would like to say a huge thank you to Kit and all the amazing staff at Callaway resort and spa for making our stay so special. We were lucky enough to stay in the lodge Hotel and a cottage during our visit to the USA. The cottages are beautiful and set in the pine forest and their swimming pools are amazing. We also stayed in the lodge hotel - again a very special place which is beautifully maintained and tranquil. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the setting of the resort is simply stunning. Highly recommended if you were staying in that area -we will be back very soon!"
