"Our stay was amazing. Rooms was very clean. Receptionist was very friendly and lovely person.Dinner service was very good aswell food was delicious. In the morning we choose to try breakfast service and omg we was no disappointed. lovely women name Regina welcomed us in most possible amazing way wow. "The location is good 10 mins walk to city centre. Parking is easy and for Bath it's reasonable and on site. Hotel and rooms good condition. Staff all lovely and friendly. Complimentary breakfast nice and easy. And finally it's great value for money. I would thoroughly recommend. "

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was central to all the sites. Tons of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and coffee shops within walking distance. Grocery store next door made getting water and snacks easy and affordable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Only negative comment is that one of the lifts was not working so you sometimes had to wait quite a bit if you had luggage. This was really only an issue during checkout time. "
