"The staff are lovely, and the property and gardens are beautiful (although they’re not quite as new or updated as the photos make it seem). It’s more of a charming quiet calm hotel in the countryside. My only issue was that the carpet had tons of large stains on it, which was rather gross and I’d expect a hotel to have a vacuum cleaner that can take stains out of the carpet. "The room was very dainted could do with a reverb in the bedrooms stayed on the hottest weekend in June and all we had was a old small fan in the room Bathroom could do with a very deep clean. Pub itself was nice. Stuff behind the bar were very friendly. Landlord was grumpy and chose to see it with both their big air-condition fans facing himself."

"The hotel was interesting enough and not horrible. But there were some deficiencies. The exterior entrance doors are very narrow and there is nobody there to help you with your luggage. Or to even hold the door. If you are not very strong and need some help it might be a challenge. The front desk clerk when we checked in, was completely indifferent to us. When we had a problem with the Wi-Fi, she was condescending and never did get our issue straightened out. The Wi-Fi there did not work...
