"Paid on expedia with my points and the hotel still charged my card the full room rate. Upon check in she even stated the room was already paid for. I had to call and get it reversed. "

"Our room was disgusting- brown (poop) stains on the bathroom wall, dust an cobwebs all over, after coming back from the pool I wiped some water off our room floor and the towel turned black! The shower head only had 3 holes that allowed water out! Absolutely gross and dirty"

"Rooms were clean, kick back and breakfast were both delicious, easy to maneuver around the property. There is renovation happening currently which limited some elevator access in the morning but there were other elevators in another part of the hotel so we didn't have to climb stairs or anything."
