I paid your staff Dilan the 7 CHF in cash upon checkin (May 2), she didn't give me a receipt, thinking that's OK. Came home & found out I was charged Cdn $12+ on my cred card. I assume it's the hotel tax as nothing was damaged, messaged hotel yesterday but no reply. Please respond. Thank you!"

We caught an early flight the next morning and were surprised to see the hotel to provide some free hot croissants at the lobby for guests. This is very thought for guests checking out early who don’t have time to buy breakfast. "
