"I cannot say enough, about how wonderful marine Troon is. For starters, It is a pitching wedge away from Royal Troon golf club for the golfers in the crowd. The course literally passes within 50 feet of Marine Troon! The pool, hot tub steam, and sauna are lovely after a round! But, what makes Marine Troon truly outstanding is the helpfulness, courtesy, professionalism, and kindness of the staff! From the moment I walked in, Gary, Cameron, Grant, June, Nancy, Ethan — too many people to mention are fantastic! Strongly, recommend marine Troon when you find yourself in the area. And they make some delicious cocktails. Notably – the food was outstanding"

"Really quaint hotel with such English charm! The staff was amazing ( shout out to Sergio - the jack of all trades! ), our dinner was awesome and abundant. Only stayed one night, but would definitely stay here again if in the area. Didn’t golf, but the course is just across the street. Highly recommend!"

"Very spacious, pleasant flat with very central location; although it looks over the high street, we didn't find it noisy at all. A few minutes walk to the beach, likewise to a giant Morrison's. I'd suggest the owners add a toaster to the kitchen but everything else was very nice. Really can't emphasise enough how huge the flat is, both in having lots of rooms and also the size of each room!"

"Lovely clean apartment. Walking distance to beach/town. 1st place I've stayed that didn't have basic supplies (tea,coffee, sugar, shampoo, shower gel) however Spar is just opposite for all your needs. Had to walk over wet grass to put the bins out but overall we were satisfied with our stay. Will probably book again."

"Beautifully appointed apartment with a spectacular view in a quiet setting A real home from home with comfortable beds and high quality kitchen appliances. Plenty cutlery and dishes and a plethora of herbs and spices No hairdryers or body wash/ shampoo in the showers which is unusual these days- especially in a property of this quality We enjoyed out stay and hope to return in the future "

"Lovely stay with myself & 2 friends who were working at Ayr races. Found nice places to eat at Harbour Bar and the Tempura Cafe/Bar on Portland St was excellent! Accommodation was very tasteful throughout with a beautiful garden to the rear. Will be looking to return."
