"Check in and out was easy and good. Reception nice room n area were also very nice. Location is excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning crew in the morning are very noisy and not considerate of those still in the room . Talking very loud and banging things around. It’s a very nice place and a good basic stay."

"Great location from our room we could not see the Mattahorn, but within 20 steps of the front door there is a wonderful view. The room was clean and had everything we expected. Shared bathroom just across the hall was not a problem at all very clean. Walking distance to Train stations, and all of the shops. "

"The view at the restaurant was good if you know where to sit. Was lost when first arrived because I missed the entrance. Once you know the way it's really a short distance next to the train station. On and off you can hear guests slamming to close the door, which shouldn't be the case."
