"Honestly this hotel is kind of underrated. This hotel needs more attention because this hotel is awesome! Me, my brother , and my mom were in the bus, but when we got to the other hotel everyone but us has gone to the other hotel. This hotel’s service is amazing and it made our days especially when we were on a 11 hour flight. Thank you, Art hotel."

"I was having difficulty connecting my e-reader to the hotel's wifi and the front desk were superb in contacting tech support (by phone) who managed to trouble shoot for me. Most gracious, most helpful and exemplary service."

"Great room with washer/dryer combination. Instructions are in Japanese so you’ll need google translate. Bath /shower really nice, place is really clean with everything you need and close to 7/11 and a Family Mart. Also close and withing walking distance to train stations with Dotonbori easily to get too."
