"Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. Very quite and had a community feel. Tue downside is that you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to the nearest bus stop or train station. Very close to Kyoto Imperial Place and Nishiki Market. (15-18 minutes walk). The property itself is clean and the whole apartment is spotless! No complains."

"Our family loved staying at Minn Kiyomizu Gojo. The apartment was huge and comfortable. The washer/dryer unit inside our apartment was also very useful. The location was very conveniently located within a block from Kiyomizu Dera Temple and 2 miles from Inari Shrine. Several bus stops close by, and walking distance to Nishiki Market. "

"We had such a wonderful experience at this property. Just under 10 minute walk from Kyoto station. The staff were incredible and had lots of restaurant recommendations as well as provided baggage storage after checkout. The room was clean and spacious. "You get what you pay for. For the price it is a very reasonable stay, the biggest problem for me was the cleanliness of the AC and the balcony. This is an unmanned facility so I don’t believe they clean as well as other hotels, but other than the AC being very dusty everything else was fine. A very average hotel room but spacious. If you have the budget I would recommend some place else, but this is by no means a bad place to stay. It is a budget hotel"

"Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink. Apart from the location I really enjoyed this. To check in you receive all the details in advance. After the entrance to the property...

"It’s a ways away from Kyoto Station so good luck getting too and from with luggage (you can take the karasuma line from Kyoto station and walk about 20 minutes and mostly even sidewalk). "

"The property is nearly new. It is only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and 15 minutes from Kyoto station. Everything was clean and perfect except room spaces. We are a family of 4 adults and it was really small for us. There is a small kitchen but no place to sit, no table. It is good for sleeping only. "

"Great property in walking distance to multiple stations, shopping areas including the Nishiki market and the Nijo Palace. I also ran to the Imperial Palace and gardens easily enough. Accommodation was big enough for family of 4. The area is quiet and felt very safe. Room was very clean and amenities all supplied. "
