The hotel’s location is excellent—adjacent to the station and with a 7-Eleven conveniently attached. Getting around was incredibly easy."

"My stay at the Hotel New Otani Osaka was a pleasure in every regard. My room was comfortable, the staff was pleasant and helpful in every way, and my breakfast was excellent. Train connections around the city from the hotel are easy, and at the end of a long day in a hectic city, the hotel is great place to return to. In fact, I look forward to returning there soon. (My only question is related to when the lobby lounge in the hotel is actually open.)"
