"The stay here was wonderful in every way! The concierge helped us tremendously when it came to booking a nail appointment & helping us get a taxi to head to the station with all of our luggage. The shuttle bus was a huge help, especially when we had already walked all day, and they have the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had! Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Kyoto area.
