"Clean room"

"Room is big and comfy the staff is very nice and accommodating. Just like 5 min walk to station that goes straight to the tourist areas. Lots of convinis near and food. 7min walk to the bullet train station! Beds are good but pillow hard as a rock lol for me. Has two floors with laundry and dryer which is so convenient. Had ice and vending machines too. They also helped me transfer my luggage to the next hotel! "

"We appreciated the amenities in the guest lounge. The breakfast buffet was much appreciated for its variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more laundry machines. "

"Room was spacious for a family of 4. Neat and clean and plentiful of amentities. Staff was very helpful, close to Shin-Osaka to catch Shinkansen or local trains. There is also the public onsen which is a good to relax after long day of sight seeing."

"The hotel is superb la!!! 1. Parking very convenient next door 2. Location 100/100 to be next to Kyoto Tower, rented our Kimono there and walkable to beautiful temple and places! 3. The onsen is good too, I particularly like the one with ice neck rest, 10-20mins only. 4. BREAKFAST is the highest standard for Japanese breakfast! Has Sashimi and all options! 5. Evening supper 9-11pm Ramen is good too, hearty Not so good part: abit tooooo crowded and packed and touristy, and the shoe area can stink quite abit tbh.. "
