"Amazing place to stay!!! My family booked your hotel for the last nights in Hanoi. Staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, nothing they wouldn't do for you. Always greated with a smile. Short walk to Hona Kiem lake and easy access to the night market. You could hear the train horn sound and the train street cafes just a short walk away. "I stayed here last month for a night. I was quite surprised by their service. They learnt my name and my route just in a morning. It was very touching when they offered a cold welcome drink and fresh towel in the hot day in Hanoi. Lovely hotel!"

"Not so far the way but the taxi so experience, if you want to have a cheaper taxi, you need walk about 50-100m from the hotel and take taxi cap there."

Coffee shop with fast internet at hotel entry. Having an apartment makes a big difference for extended stays. Breakfast was really good heaps of food options. Lunch and dinner also available. "

"We loved the outdoor deck and picnic table. We were two couples. We each got a room that opened to a shared deck. The deck had a washing machine, which was just what we needed at this point in our travels. We enjoyed coffee from Naya downstairs and chilling together on the deck. A/C worked great. Room was large and clean. Will recommend to others!"
