"If I could give this place a 0 I would. We booked for 14 nights due to a work trip. We ended up spending 1 night in this hotel and left. It was filthy, it was horrid and it was just not up to any standards of a hotel. It seemed like a half way house - disgusting. I have attached some photos. We requested a refund for the 14 days as we only did one day here and we weren't allowed a refund. Expedia wouldn't even refund us. We will not be using Expedia ever again. Do not allow your kids or family...

"I haven't received the email with the key code yet. When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, and the towels provided were dirty, so I had to get my own. The heating wasn't functioning, and it was uncomfortably cold. "Great location ✨️✨️ Just the rooms very warm air con has to be unlocked via reception would be better if was unlocked anyway then just randomly turns of as on a timer would be better if they let you have control. I rang day before regarding a fan they said they provided so left at home. No fan available on day 1 got 1 on day 2 and it was on its way out did not nothing. So had to buy 1 from argos which was frustrating as i did ring up, as was there for 4 nights you do need a fan rooms very warm and stuffy makes it very gard to sleep. Other than that a lovely hotel but was looking forward to a good sleep "
