The gentleman at the desk was receptive to me and even listened to me, a tearful mom, talk about leaving her daughter at Holloman AFB! He chose to be compassionate and empathetic to me! The room was CLEAN and smelled wonderful!! I appreciate them and every time I go back to visit, this will be were I stay! "
