The apartment features a private rooftop for unforgettable moments, an ocean-view balcony to enjoy the sea breeze, and three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for privacy and relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining and living area with Smart TV make meals and gatherings easy and enjoyable. You’ll also have access to shared amenities, including a pool with loungers, hammocks, a gym, and a games area—perfect for both relaxation and fun.

Guest Access:
📅 On your arrival day, you’ll receive all the necessary information in the morning to complete a smooth and easy check-in. In most cases, one of our hosts will personally welcome you, show you around the house, and share tips and recommendations so you can make the most of your experience.

🚫 Possession or use will result in immediate eviction and legal action under Mexican law.
🌴 Unexpected Events
•Tulum is a developing town; occasional power or water outages may occur.
These are beyond our control.
⛈ In severe cases (storms or emergencies), staff may access the villa for safety reasons.

Please note that cleaning service is not included. However, if you would like an additional cleaning during your stay, we’ll be happy to arrange it for you. The service is available upon request at an extra cost of $70 USD per cleaning and includes fresh linens. Just let us know whenever you need it — we’re here to help!
