"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

"it's actually is a condominium unit or timeshare. The registration process was a little complicated but the property itself is beautiful. The roof top pool was a nice treat. There's construction going on next-door but it's not very intrusive. Be wary of the route that Google Maps gives you to get to the Hotel. One goes through some questionable neighborhoods with dirt streets, the other is very direct."

"The room, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! The location is great too. They are across the street from a convenience store for beers, tequila or other requirements. All the staff from the front desk, to waiters to security were all fantastic and happy to see us. The food was absolutely amazing and above expectations. 10/10. "New hotel, very clean and family friendly. The lobby was initially hard to find (driver had to pull under ramp and signs were lacking). Easy check in and hotel responded several times to answer questions and confirm room prior to arrival. We loved the pool area and the restaurant. We had dinner (the best pizza) and drinks (try meztcalita) Excellent food, drinks, and service. Bed was on the harder side, but pillows were great!"
