A Perfect Stay Near the Beach

My stay at the this apartment in Tulum was fantastic. The space was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the highlights was how close it was to the beach; just a short walk or bike ride brought me to the clear blue sea and soft, sun-warmed sand. The location felt peaceful yet conveniently close to the beach clubs. I’d absolutely stay here again!

🌅 Walkable Paradise to Papaya Playa Project 🚶‍♂️🎶**

Staying at this apartment in Tulum was a dream — and one of the best parts? Papaya Playa Project is just a 10 minute walk away! No need for taxis or long commutes, we strolled over for beachside cocktails, music, and unforgettable sunsets. The walk itself is super pleasant, and if you're feeling adventurous, the apartment also offers bike, scooter, and ATV rentals right on-site. It made exploring Tulum incredibly easy and fun. If you're looking for a place that’s close to the action but still peaceful and stylish, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely place and walking distance from the beach

Just got back from an amazing stay at a beautiful apartment in Tulum, and I had to share the experience! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, where the turquoise waters and soft white sand made every morning feel like a dream. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of comfort and style. It came fully equipped with modern amenities: a spacious kitchen, cozy living area, fast Wi-Fi, and even a private balcony where I could enjoy my coffee with a view of the lush greenery. The building also had a rooftop pool and gym, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether you're planning a chill beach vacation or a remote work escape, this spot in Tulum is a gem. Highly recommend!

The condo was presented as shown in the pics. It is very close to the beach., less than 10 minutes. The building was new and well kept. We arrived right at 4pm and I still never got the codes to enter the building. So that was a little disappointed. We never saw a human for check in or out so we had to find the building on our own and how to use the code etc. I own a condo and understand how these vrbos work but feel they could do a better job with directions. We were there only 2 days so we didn't care that a couple things were quite up to par. The drain in the master shower was clogged and it puddled with water quickly and was slippery . There was also no Grill on the balcony. The hot tub worked fine but you couldn't get hot water since it ran out of hot water half way thru filling it. It was very quiet and had nice black out curtains so made it nice sleep. There were taxis outside of the condo so that was easy but be prepared to haggle as they all try to rip you off.. That is not the condo, just part of the town culture. All and all it was a good stay and I would stay there again.
