Beautiful hotel, a little piece of paradise in Tulum. We stayed in a Garden Suite room, it had a 1 king and 1 queen beds. The interior is as good as the exterior, nicely curated and decorated, with a beautiful cozy balcony in the jungle. Great beach, location, good food & drinks options. The staff is super friendly & helpful. They packed us breakfast boxes & coffee to-go as we checked out at 7 am. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming! The property was beautiful and is located in a tropical beach setting. The rooms were clean and had air-conditioning. The breakfast which is included coffee, juice, fruit, and main dish was excellent! Having breakfast with an ocean view was so amazing! The only recommendation would be to add a more secure lock to the interior of the main room door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would return on my next trip to Tulum.

After seeing all the wonderful reviews we wanted to try for ourselves, but the amazing staff exceeded our expectations. The property is on the nicer part of the Tulum resort area, with the clearest water! The beach was amazing, and it was walkable to a beautiful, refreshing cenote. We had a jungle room and loved the outside shower. We loved the cute little notes and complimentary things that the staff did to make our stay more enjoyable. Everyone was so nice and worked tirelessly to ensure our happiness and comfort, the food was amazing, and service was excellent! 10/10 all around, def the place to be if you like luxury and ecotourism.

Cant say enough positive things about our time at Nest. Sandra was a wonderful host to get us acclimated. She had great suggestions and was helpful with bike use and restaurant reservations. The restaurant staff was on it. Coco & Maurito (?) were very attentive and sweet. The food was excellent. Ivan was truly "the Man". He pointed us in so many positive directions and really looked out for us having a great experience. Beds were comfortable. (we stayed in 2 different rooms for our stay) Rooms were very clean. Grounds were very well cared for and the Beach was superb. We didnt want to leave and would stay there again.

Our stay at Nest Tulum in May 2025 was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The property is absolutely stunning—nestled in a lush, serene part of Tulum, just steps from the beach, with a peaceful and beautifully curated design that perfectly blends nature and luxury. A private parking space on the grounds was offered free of charge, which made everything even more convenient. One of the highlights was the perfect beach access. The beach area was pristine, with plenty of beautifully arranged cabanas to choose from—ideal for relaxing, reading, or enjoying the view with a drink in hand. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Whether it was assisting with reservations, sharing excellent local recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, the service was consistently thoughtful and attentive. Our room was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and impeccably clean, with every amenity we could have hoped for. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee on our private terrace, surrounded by swaying palm trees. The on-site dining was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes that truly captured the spirit of Tulum’s local ingredients and coastal flair. Nest Tulum is truly a sanctuary. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return.

Easy parking, friendliest concierge, super friendly staff, great room, spot on restaurant, amazing beach, included cabanas, great bartender, stuff to walk to, plus things like AC in the room. Sunblock was provided (needed that), bug lotion was provided, but not needed; they burn the copal incense that seems to work real real well against bugs. Wasn't overpowering, just kinda smelled good. Could hear thump thump from nearby beach parties some nights... which end pretty much promptly at midnight, and that, heck yeah, was actually a good blend. Driving here after dark on Friday was an adventure, would possibly just take their shuttle in next time, and/or take a shuttle in and later get a scooter rental delivered or similar. This is basically the cut point where Tulum goes from party town to sedate beach; anything north, busier, anything more than 10m walk south, hoooo quiet. <3. Would book again/would recommend to friends, would also try their other properties. Didn't get to try the spa, but suspicion was yeah, it's likely good.

Tree house room stay

My cousin & I stayed in one of the tree houses and it was really beautiful. The room was slightly smaller than it looked in the photos but overall it met our expectations. The staff are top tier hospitality professionals. The property is gorgeous. They also had mosquito repellent all over the property + sunscreen. It is basically the closest thing to an all-inclusive for a boutique hotel of that caliber that you'll find on the beach in Tulum. They handled the excursion booking process for us too, & the tour guide agency they used provided someone bilingual with a wealth of knowledge & fun personality. Everything you could possibly need is within walking or biking distance (which is also complimentary!). It isn't a party central which we liked, & they played well curated music on the beach. My only issue was when housekeeping did an evening clean/turn down service, they didn't refill our water jugs (which, for being in Mexico is important to have purified water at all times). After a night of drinking around the town, it would've been nice to have plenty of water so that felt inconvenient. Aside from that, the staff went above & beyond for us. The Whatsapp chat is very convenient too despite what other reviewers have said. We honestly can't wait to go back!!
